Lord, let Your servant go in peace
Your faithful word has now come true
My eyes have seen Your salvation
Your promised Child is in my arms

My eyes have seen Your salvation
Your light has dawned upon our night
Christ, Holy Child, our hope and glory
Draw every nation to Your light

Before the peoples of the earth
You have prepared this saving gift
A light revealed to Gentile nations
And glory for Your Israel

My eyes have seen Your salvation
Your light has dawned upon our night
Christ, Holy Child, our hope and glory
Draw every nation to Your light

Give us eyes to see Your glory
Give us hearts to share Your peace
Let our lives proclaim Your goodness
Send us out to bear Your light

My eyes have seen Your salvation
Your light has dawned upon our night
Christ, Holy Child, our hope and glory
Draw every nation to Your light

My eyes have seen Your salvation
Your faithful word has now come true
