My soul magnifies the Lord
My spirit sings to God my Saviour
He saw His servant in her lowliness
And turned His loving gaze to me
All generations shall call me blessed
The Mighty One has done great things
His Name is holy; let us praise Him
The God whose mercy never ends

Holy, holy is Your Name
Lord of mercy, hear our praise
Make us humble, make us faithful
Teach our hearts to walk Your ways

His mercy rests on those who fear Him
Through generations without end
He shows the power of His arm
He scatters all the proud in heart
He brings the mighty down from their thrones
And lifts the lowly from the dust
The hungry feast upon His goodness
The rich are sent away with nothing

Holy, holy is Your Name
Lord of mercy, hear our praise
Make us humble, make us faithful
Teach our hearts to walk Your ways

He comes to help His servant Israel
His mercy stands through every age
He keeps His word to Abraham
And to his children evermore

Holy, holy is Your Name
Lord of mercy, hear our praise
Make us humble, make us faithful
Teach our hearts to walk Your ways

My soul magnifies the Lord
Holy is His Name
