BeShiny Anthems

The story opens into proclamation

A biblical encounter draws us into the story: its people, its tensions and the questions it awakens. As the music develops, the story opens into recognition of who God is and what He has done. Repeated refrains and gathering voices invite listeners to join the confession and carry its words with them.

The sound of BeShiny Anthems

Irish and Celtic melody gives these anthems a musical home, with room for the wider traditions shaped by those sounds across generations and places. Acoustic textures, expressive singing and layered ensemble harmonies support each story’s movement through tenderness, struggle, wonder and joy.

Some passages leave space for a single voice. Others gather strength as voices answer one another, rising into a shared declaration of faith.

Rooted in SHINE Formation

BeShiny Anthems shares the vision of the Formation Series and B–SHINE–E: a life increasingly shaped by Jesus Christ, rooted in His grace and expressed through prayer, communion and outward witness.

The Formation Series provides themes and biblical vignettes for future musical storytelling. Gospel encounters bring us close to Jesus through His life and teaching, His Cross and Resurrection, and His Ascension. The wider witness of Scripture deepens those stories and helps us recognise our calling within them.

The aim is to give Christians words of faith they can remember and inhabit, and to help the next generation receive and proclaim the Gospel.

For generations listening together

These songs are being developed for adults, young people and families listening together. Accessible language welcomes listeners into stories with depth, while memorable refrains give them words to return to through the week.

Courage, fear, forgiveness, suffering and hope belong within this vision. Each anthem seeks to draw attention to Jesus Christ and encourage a faithful response in the lives we actually lead.
